BSI's Val DiGiorgio joins Elect Josh Shapiro’s transition advisory team.

Val DiGiorgio was asked to join the advisory committee for Pennsylvania Governor Elect Josh Shapiro’s transition team. Val will serve the transition team by advising the Shapiro Administration in its efforts to protect the public from deceptive or unfair business practices and from unfair methods of competition through law enforcement, advocacy, research, and education. Val will use his experience as a former FDIC Bank Examiner and Pennsylvania Department of Baking Counsel to provide meaningful and practical advice to Governor elect Shapiro as he seeks to protect consumers and provide access to capital and financial services to all Pennsylvanians.
